I will create a custom program tailored to your fitness goals, lifestyle, and the equipment you have easy access to at home/or in the gym. You will be provided with exercise guidance videos to ensure you're using proper form. You can ALWAYS ask me questions and make any change requests, this is all for you!
Your custom program includes an initial 45-minute video/phone coaching call to discuss your program and your expected results. Plus, regular check-ins to assess progress, unlimited private messaging and group support (so you're never alone!). Optional video/phone coaching calls for more accountability.
You will have easy access to your custom training program right on your phone or desktop computer. You can instantly message me with any questions, upload progress photos, sync with your wearable fitness devices, track your measurements, nutrition, and daily habits, right in the the app.
I will create a custom caloric and macronutrient profile calculated specifically to support your personal goals, evaluate and provide feedback on daily food intake, teach you how to read food labels, dispel trendy nutrition BS and much more.

Not at all! I can create a custom plan for at home or at the gym. I can even create plans that require minimal or NO equipment at all!
You've got options! Through the Trainerize iOS / Android mobile application, the mobile website, or desktop website.
By using the two-way messaging in the Trainerize app I am able to answer all of your questions quickly. During your monthly/twice monthly coaching sessions we will discuss your technique, form, or any obstacles you might be struggling with in your training program. We will also use this time to set your weekly goals and habits.
Progress is tracked throughout the program using measurements and photo diaries. The Trainerize app will walk you through posing for photos and how to take measurements. These photos are stored in the app for tracking purposes, and only you and I are able to view them.
At this time I do not offer meal plans, however I provide my clients with a custom calorie goal and macronutrient profile. I will provide nutritional and food suggestions. You get to choose what to eat for your goals!
